What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all credit or debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express logo.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over £40. Regular shipping is £3.97.

How long does shipping take?
All, except otherwise indicated on product page, products ship the next business day and take 2-6 days to reach you in the UK, up to 2 weeks in Europe and 2-4 weeks in the rest of the world.

How do I track my shipment?

We believe in our products and stand by the quality of craftsmanship and materials in each one. But we aren't happy unless you're happy. If you aren't absolutely satisfied with your purchase, our 100-day stress-free returns policy dates from the day you submit your order.

What is your return policy?
If you change your mind when you receive the delivery, you may return it for a full refund in 100 days providing that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility. A refund will be made to the card used to purchase the goods once the goods have been returned and checked.

If any item is faulty or damaged on receipt, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, we may send you a replacement or give you a full refund. We will ask you for photographs to help us ascertain the problem.

Refunds or replacements for damaged goods will not be made if not reported within 3 days of delivery of the product to you. Refunds for faulty or damaged goods will be made to the card used to purchase the product.

What if I ordered wrong size?
Sorry, but you will have to pay return costs if you want to exchange size. To avoid this hassle, please make sure to measure your pet or child according to the instructions provided in product descriptions before placing an order.

How do I return an item?

Not sure I understand how the baby teething products work. Do they chew on them or just wear them?
Amber teething products are strictly not for chewing and must only be used with adult supervision.

Do you take them off for bed time?
Once again - amber products must only be used with adult supervision. Both necklaces and bracelets must be taken off for bedtime.

How do I know if it is real amber?
Well, we include a certificate of authenticity with every product, but there are also several tests that you can perform on your own. You can try rubbing it on a soft cloth and you will see it becomes charged with static electricity and will pick up small pieces of loose paper. Or you can put it in salty water and you will see that amber stays buoyant, while the plastic clasps sink to the bottom.

Is the amber raw or polished?
We use smooth, polished beads in all products for kids to avoid irritation of their sensitive skin even when worn for long periods of time.

How do I know which size to get for my dog? How do I measure?
For the best fit you should allow for a finger or two between the necklace and the neck. If in doubt or between two sizes we'd always recommend ordering the larger one. The amber necklace has to fit tightly around your pet's neck, but not interfere with breathing. As raw amber beads vary in size and shape, the length of necklaces may not be 100% accurate.

Does the necklace interfere with using regular collar and leash?
No. They can both be on your dog’s neck. Just do not use the amber necklace instead of the regular collar.

How do I take care of the necklace?
Amber beads get oily by constant friction to fur thus it is recommended to wash the necklace weekly with warm water and soap. The need to wash the necklace may vary from the length and amount of pet’s fur.
